We currently accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Payments not made by credit card may use PayPal, or have made payment arrangements prior to shipping.

Legend Suspensions has a 7 day return policy on Legend Suspension products from the original purchase date. All returns must provide a copy of the original receipt from the original purchaser. Legend Suspensions does not cover the shipping cost on returned product. All returned merchandise must be sent pre-paid and insured. Any returns sent COD will not be accepted. All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
No merchandise shall be returned to us without a Return Authorization (RA) number issued by us. You can obtain an RA number by contacting Legend Suspensions customer service department by phone or by e-mail. (605-720-4202 or email@example.com)
If returning a product, it must be returned in the same condition it was received in. If upon inspection we find the merchandise to be in good and unused condition, we will issue a credit or refund.
Refused orders are subject to a 20% re-stocking charge and all freight charges paid by the customer.
Proof of purchase to original purchaser must be provided to Legend Suspensions along with merchandise in question. Upon inspection of the merchandise and at our discretion, if found to be defective by Legend Suspensions, Legend Suspensions will credit or refund to you the amount of the merchandise. Refunds only apply during the 12 month warranted period on components other than the shocks themselves. No freight charges will be reimbursed. All special order suspension sales are final.
All freight shipped from Legend Suspensions is carefully packaged before shipping.
All freight shipped from Legend Suspensions will be insured for the full purchase price.
Any damage or shortages due to shipping must be reported to Legend Suspensions within 3 days of receiving.

Back orders will be filled as quickly as possible. If there should be any reason for you to cancel your back order, please let us know as soon as possible.
All of our foreign orders must be paid for in U.S. currency via PayPal unless other arrangements are made prior to shipping. Payment must be received in advance of shipping merchandise. Legend Suspensions is not responsible for the duties and taxes on each individual country when shipping overseas. The charges will be carried on to the customer when billing comes through to Legend Suspensions from our carrier.

Legend may modify Legend Rewards terms or conditions with or without notice, and may terminate Legend Rewards at any time. All Legend Rewards are given at the discretion of Legend Suspensions.
